Calista and Kevin are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, and I am so happy that they got the perfect day that they have been planning for so long! During their engagement shoot I got to witness how solid and true their love is, and it was so great to get to get to see the moment when they said “I do”!
There was such a sweet and calm mood with all the girls at Calista’s place for getting ready, and that spirit just continued on throughout the entire day. Ali and I are still talking about how gorgeous Our Lady of Loreto is with it’s high-arching wood pillars and intricate stained glass windows. What a beautiful setting for a wedding! We found a really awesome wall for the backdrop for wedding party photos. I loved the way the purples and green popped against the neutral backdrop. We were also lucky enough to get a little touch of fall colors for portraits with Kevin and Calista when we got to Heritage Eagle Bend. So pretty!
The reception room was perfectly coordinated, and everyone was talking about how cool the cakes were – check them out! Probably my favorite detail they had though was the bobble head groomsmen! What a fun gift for the guys, but also fun for the photographer to get to play with dolls for a few minutes! Everyone at the wedding was so ready for the dance party, and I saw some of the best moves ever out there. Thank you so much Kevin and Calista for letting me be your photographer, I wish you so much happiness in your future together!
