Janae loves working with people and it shows in both her charming personality and great photos. When Janae started working with Elevate as an assistant, she quickly rose to the top as our favorite. Everybody wanted to work with her! She had been photographing weddings for years and when the opportunity arose to add her permanently to the staff, we jumped at the chance. Passion: My biggest passion in life is people! I love that I have a job that allows to me have meaningful relationships with so many amazing people.
Community Involvement: I volunteer in the children’s ministry at my church. I love getting to snuggle with babies for a few hours every week!
Favorite Vacations Spot: My husband and I recently went to St. Thomas for the first time and I fell in love! Anywhere tropical where I can relax on the beach is my kind of vacation!
Perfect day off: Sleeping in, brunch with my mom and sister on a beautiful outdoor patio, an afternoon nap, and a fancy dinner with my hubby downtown.
You have to taste this: There is a bistro where I live in Erie called 24 Carrot…they make the best mixed drinks and scallops. I’m picky when it comes to seafood because I’m from Seattle, but they have the most delicious seafood! Plus, it’s close to home and the local farmers market.
