One of our biggest priorities at Elevate Photography is making sure we continue to give back. Through a proceeds of each wedding and portrait session we book going to the multiple organizations we support and volunteering our time and talents to those around us we are able to give back to our community. Yesterday I was able to volunteer at Joshua Station by taking family portraits. Being my first time there, I learned so much about what a wonderful community it is. Joshua Station is a place for those transitioning from homeless to a stable and healthy living environment. Through the families I met yesterday, I was able to hear stories of hope, faith and love. Knowing that some of these families had never had the chance to have their family photos taken made me even happier to be there. It’s so great to be a part of a team that believes so strongly in giving back. All of the wonderful opportunities we get to meet such sweet people make me realize just how much good there still is in the world. -Allie
