Evelyn and Mike have been part of the Elevate family for years and years now. McCory photographed their engagement session at their family dairy farm and wedding 6 years ago at their Brookside Gardens. Then Stephanie photographed their first baby girl Carla 2 years ago in their home and now I got the privilage of being a part of their new little boy Titus’s pictures! They are not going anywhere either, as they became client for life we are bound to see them once a year from here on out! YAY!
Honestly, I knew a lot about this family because of how many of there photos have been iconic in the studio and how many good things were said about them. But meeting them is a whole different story. When I first walked in, Carla was ready to go. She had her smile on and her “I am the star” attitude. She is so cute and smiley and you just want to be around her. Evelyn and Mike are the same way. Although Mike is a little less than excited about taking pictures he is so nice and accomodating and makes everyone laugh. Him and Carla are really cute together too. I do think, he is excited to have a little boy to balance the family. And with a name like Titus he is sure to be a strong one!
Titus was fast asleep when I got there, happy as can be. Then he just wanted to join the party. He was wide awake and not ready for sleep anytime soon. He did sure love cuddling with mom though, and was happy as can be when he was on her chest. As soon as we tried to stop forcing him to take a nap he settled into being happily awake and even did some posing in his crib for us.
I am so excited to be a part of telling this family’s story. I look forward to many more adventures with them. Congratulations and welcome to the world Titus!
