I, myself, have always loved winter weddings. Being from Colorado originally it is hard not to enjoy the snow, especially when it comes with crisp blue skies and warm sunshine. Thus, I have always thought that every season is perfect for a wedding in Colorado. Winter, tends to be especially unique. You get a little bit different landscape than you normally see at weddings, you get to be creative with warm clothing and intimate indoor spaces. Spruce Mountain Ranch is the perfect venue for a winter wedding. There is the beauty of the outdoors with the rolling hills and mountain backdrop. You can be in snow without hiking through a mess of it and you have the most beautiful spaces indoors to keep all your guests toasty warm. It was the best backdrop for Kaci and Kevin&#8217;s winter wedding. So setting everything up, we had the best February day possible. It had just snowed so everything was blanketed in white but it was about 50 degrees, which makes it wonderful to be outside surrounded by all that beauty.
