I think that is an under noticed part of a wedding. Rachel and Brian&#8217;s vows were impossible not to take serious note of. I should have known from the beginning it would be this way. Both Rachel and Brian are extremely intelligent, intentional and mindful humans. Everyone I have talked to about them would say the same thing. As silly as it might seem, the first thing to catch my attention in their vows was when both of them said that they do not take marriage lightly. That they were not planning, pursuing marriage, but fell in love. They found in each other their counterpart, with which they built a life. A life of intention and joy. They support each other, pursue each other, encourage each other, and bring light into each other&#8217;s lives. They realized that they did not want to live without the other. Or perhaps more so that they really wanted to live in that space of love for the rest of their lives. So here were are. Rachel and Brian got married and it was awesome!
