Jackie and Mike are as easy going as they come. They met on a ski meet up and the rest is history. They decided that the mountains were where they fell in love so that was also where they were going to get married. Beyond that, all they wanted was each other and a Colorado wedding<\/a>. I met them in Beaver Creek<\/a> the day before their wedding to spend some time with just the two of them. We decided that we wanted to show the epic nature of the Rocky Mountains and so the top of Beaver Creek was our chance to do that. Plus, they love skiing Beaver Creek so why not incorporate more of what they love into their adventure.<\/p>\n

It was cold up top of the mountain, but that didn’t matter to them. They were enjoying the time together since driving all the way out from Colorado. They kept each other warm and laughing. We explored the trees in between runs and the wide open space of the mountain. The gondola ride back down was so fun just to sit and chat and get warm for a second. It made me so excited to photograph their wedding the next day!<\/p>\n
