Hannah and Matt got married on a perfect winter day last weekend. I honestly don’t think it could have got any better. If you are going to have a February wedding in Colorado, you most likely want snow. This was for sure the case for Hannah and Matt. When I looked at the forecast the day before there was no snow in sight, just cloudy. As I was driving down to Spruce Mountain Ranch that day, I checked again, just in case. Nope, just cloudy. Okay, there was a 3% chance of snow at 3:0opm, but that was it. I disregarded that, it was too low. It wasn’t going to matter if they didn’t have snow because\u00a0Hannah and Matt are two of the most chill people. They were happy to be getting married to their favorite person and I don’t think anything else was going to matter. Maybe that is why it happened the way it did. At around 2:30 it started to sprinkle light\u00a0bits of snow. I was ecstatic! They were going to have their dream day! (And I was going to milk ever tiny snowflake to make it seem bigger than it was). However, I looked out 10 minutes later and I didn’t need to milk it. It was a perfect winter wonderland.<\/p>\n

When snow blows in that fast and hard you expect it to be super nasty outside. But this snow was thick, big flakes that were falling gently. It was seriously movie snow. The bridesmaids and groomsmen were totally cool with trekking it through the fields as they got hammered with the fresh snow. The girls even walked through a foot of snow in beautiful heels. These people were in it to win it. I felt bad, but nobody seemed to care too much. They were just happy to be there, celebrating the two people they love so much.<\/p>\n

The whole thing just really spoke to Hannah and Matt’s love story. The loyalty of their friends and family, the sheer joy to be there no matter what was going on outside and the magic of that freshly falling snow. It was all just backing up what we already knew, Hannah and Matt have something so unique and extremely special. I know their marriage will echo this as well. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Kraus! You deserve all the magic that came on your wedding day and will continue to sprinkle your life. We are so so happy for you!<\/p>\n
