Abby and David changed that fact for me real quick. I was lucky enough to hang out with them during their engagement session which they had perfectly planned out to be a winter wonderland theme. We started at the top of Dillon Reservoir at the Sapphire Point overlook. This is one of my favorite spots in the mountains. It has such beautiful scaping views. Even though it was a little cloudy that day, we could still overlook the water with awe. Then we headed down into Dillon to another awe-inspiring spot, the Dillon Ice Castles. I had big expectations and it was definitely different than I thought, but not any less cool. Once you got inside, there were caves and tunnels and towering walls of ice. I had said to them when we started that we probably only needed one spot and a short time inside to take photos. I mean, it was 7 degrees out after all with a windchill making it feel like -12.
