Being a Colorado wedding photographer, I’ve experienced many different weather conditions on the big day.\u00a0 Caryl and Allen’s wedding at Red Rocks Amphitheater<\/a> was one of my favorite winter wedding experiences ever!\u00a0 People ask me often if I ever grow tired of photographing at the same locations.\u00a0 The answer has always been no because its the people who make the wedding day and not just the venue.\u00a0 Caryl, Allen and their friends and family are perfect examples of that!<\/p>\n

I experienced a first though for Caryl and Allen’s photos.\u00a0 When we arrived to the park for their first look, a snow storm had been brewing all morning.\u00a0 Caryl didn’t mention the cold once as she whisked through the snow to go see her man for the first time.\u00a0 The thick snow made it feel very private and cozy.\u00a0 We felt like we had the whole park to ourselves(and we did)!<\/p>\n

Their wedding party soon joined in and happily navigated the snowy grounds around the Trading Post \u00a0<\/a>It wasn’t until the reception where I learned how purely fun and hilarious their wedding party is.\u00a0 Allen’s groomsmen gave a speech covering examples of the classic saying, “Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.”\u00a0 You should have hear the roaring laughter when he brought out a plunger as on offering to the newlyweds and when Allen’s relatives visit!<\/p>\n

After a good laugh it was time to party down with everyone.\u00a0 Allie<\/a> and I had such a great time capturing their big day!\u00a0 Congrats you two, can’t wait to see you grow together over the years! –Ryan<\/a><\/p>\n
