Stephanie and Alex totally had me at “Deadpool climbing\u00a0out of wedding cake”, but the choreographed dances, colorful wedding guests, custom reception dress\u00a0made out of her grandmother’s gown, and epic party plans didn’t hurt either. Not having done their awesome engagement photos (shot by Ali), I\u00a0was\u00a0a little nervous to live up to the bar that had been set. But when I met with them for wedding planning all of that went away when I learned how much we had in common and how easy it was to just be around Stephanie and Alex. It is so obvious why they are so loved and why so many friends were overjoyed to get to be a part of their day. There wasn’t a single thing thrown at them (like the menswear company forgetting Alex’s PANTS)\u00a0that may have derailed some wedding couples that stopped them from laughing and enjoying every single moment. Seriously, way to be guys!<\/p>\n

Stephanie looked INCREDIBLE in her gown from one of my personal favorite boutiques, the Bridal Collection! The back of that dress is to die for and it really looked as if it were made just for her. And the bridesmaid’s dresses are the kind that you wish you got to wear every day, let alone just for a wedding. Super cute. The whole wedding party was a blast to hang out with. I am so glad that the guys had time to have a beer at the Blake Street Tavern. I mean, every great party should start with beer, right?<\/p>\n

Probably the coolest thing about this wedding though was how involved and connected both sets of parents were. I always have a soft spot for daddy-daughter moments, and Stephanie’s relationship with her dad was one of “those” that had every one tearing up. But also laughing cause her dad is HILARIOUS. Alex’s mom isn’t so different and she was for sure the party starter. I kinda want to go out on the town with her sometime \ud83d\ude09 I had such a great time\u00a0getting to know all of you and I think you so much for trusting me with your wedding day!<\/p>\n
