I have signed 2 marriage licenses in my life. The first was mine. The second was Haley and Irenes. I was in shock and beyond excited that they let me sign it. It meant something to me and I was very honored to do so. This is a couple that blows you away at every turn. Their sweetness, their happy demeanors and fun personalities draw you in at first. How they treat the people around them, how they talk to and look at each other and how they celebrate life keeps you lingering around hoping to be their friends.<\/p>\n

Haley and Irene said “I do” on an idyllic Colorado day at Arrowhead Golf Course<\/a>. We started with getting ready at Haley’s sisters house in Highlands Ranch<\/a>. Everyone was there. Both Haley and Irene’s wedding parties and parents and the two of them were separated merely by a set of stairs. It was lively and fun. Upstairs with Irene we were doing the Macarena. Downstairs they were doing shots of tequila. It was a lively crew you can say that.<\/p>\n

We did their first look up on top of the rocks overlooking all of Arrowhead Golf Course<\/a> and Roxborough State Park<\/a>. Irene kept saying all day “I just want to know what Haley is thinking.” She was so concerned that Haley was having a good day, that she was ready for this and excited. It was one of the many markers that show that Irene always puts Haley first. We spent the time before the ceremony laughing with their wedding party and climbing around on the rocks. Then as we headed down to get ready for their ceremony Irene and Haley got to have a private moment to just hang out.<\/p>\n

One of the other big things I noticed about Irene and Haley was the love of their families. At every turn, I saw their moms with the sweetest expressions. They kept hugging the girls, each other, the party. They took the time to laugh and cry and really soak in the moments. I finally lost it during Haley’s father daughter dance. She was having a great time in her dad’s arms when she looked over and saw Irene watching them. Immediately, she looked at her dad and started nudging towards Irene. Her dad spun her out and then grabbed Irene’s hand so that she could have a dance with her new dad. It was the sweetest. This is one of the many times I saw Haley put Irene first.<\/p>\n

The whole day was a great party. But it was for sure more than that. When you see two people choose each other with passion and kindness and dedication it is truly something special. Haley and Irene choose to love each other deeper and more fully every day. With that kind of love, their marriage is sure to be incredible!<\/p>\n
