Oh what a dream it was to get to hang out with Courtney and Terence in Santa Monica for their engagement photos! I love being a photographer in Colorado, but I would not complain if I got to shoot on the beach more often. That, and everyone knows that I am a sucker for ferris wheels, so what a combo. Courtney couldn’t have picked a better dress for the location. There were little pops of red throughout the evening that really brought everything together visually. I was so pumped that they were willing to play in the water. Terence definitely had the most fun with that – and getting to show off on the pull-up bar ; ) And guys – PALM TREES! Ah, we need to figure to how to get those here. Thank you guys so much for being so fun and especially for giving me the gift of a lifetime – a genuine “I was there” Conan O’brien (my HERO) tee-shirt!! Courtney used to intern for Conan so needless to say, she is also a hero in my books. I can’t wait to get to photograph your wedding in Boulder/Longmont next year! – Jo
