Not only will I never forget this wedding, but neither will downtown Golden! Lauren and Jeremy brought their New Orleans tradition of the “Second Line” Parade to this small Colorado cowboy town and I will not be surprised if they inspired the onlookers to start it up out here! After the ceremony, the band started to play and immediately guests were given beads, streamers, and colorful sun-glasses to start the party. Every guest from the wedding danced up and down the streets of Golden to the upbeat tunes of the brass band. It was seriously the most joyful way that I have ever seen a couple announced to the world!
The day started out with that same joy, and everyone that surrounded Jeremy and Lauren were nothing short of ecstatic. It was the first time that I have seen the father-daughter dance practiced in the bridal suite, and I certainly recommend it – how adorable! Jeremy had the snazziest bow-tie and sock combo and I LOVE that they let the ring bearer chose his own outfit; what is cooler than a little boy in a complete Mariachi costume?!
What I love the most about Lauren and Jeremy, aside from their ability to throw a great party and have FUN, is how genuine and quiet their love is. On their wedding and with their engagement photos, there is just such a peace that they share and they are their most comfortable and at ease when they are together. It is precious the way that they love Charlotte, and I know that they have a beautiful future together. Allie and I are so lucky to have been a part of your day and with wish you all the best! – Jo
