Maureen and Carlos are the type of Bride and Groom wedding photographers dream of. I knew from the moment I first met with Maureen that she had a heart of gold, and any man marrying her had to be just as sweet. Man, was I was right. I met Carlos shortly after that and knew we were in for a really good day. I actually counted down the days until I got to see them again and make Carlos’ wish of a wedding day selfie happen.
Their wedding day was absolutely beautiful despite the forecast of rain. Maureen and Carlos selected a fantastic wedding party complete with the most precious flower girls and ring security boys. They paid so much attention to all of their details – it truly was a beautiful day. Everyone was full of smiles and laughter the entire time we were all together. I was even able to take the couple into Rocky Mountain National Park for a few couple photos and really enjoy the final moments before they said “I do”.
The ceremony was perfect, and I could tell all of their friends and family members were ready to celebrate with them! Even with the forecasted rain it was a beautiful day, the rain stopped shortly after it began and no one seemed phased by it. As speeches began, I started to realize just how special this couple is. Everyone that gave a speech had wonderful things to say, especially their niece and nephew that chimed in at the end and melted all hearts in the audience.
I feel so lucky to have been a part of this very special day. Maureen and Carlos I wish you all the best in your new life together, and I can not wait to see you both very soon! -Allie
