Sam + Mike got married on October 7th, 2017. Exactly 44 years after Mike’s parents, and exactly 28 years after Sam’s parents. When I first met these two, this was one of the first things they told me about. I knew immediately they were meant to be with something that special. The more we talked, the more I realized how perfect I was for them too! These two have special ties to Chicago, one of my favorite cities! On top of that, I just love everything about this couple. They are so so sweet, and they go along with all of my crazy ideas. Seriously. At their engagement session they jumped right into my idea of running through water fountains, splashing each other with water and it was absolutely wonderful.
I know I’ve rambled on a bit about how much I love this couple, so let me tell you all about their perfect day! Everyone was absolutely calm, excited and ready. All day we were ahead of schedule. Their wedding party could not have been sweeter, and I loved that they incorporated their siblings into their wedding party and ceremony! After their beautiful ceremony, we snuck away for couples portraits. There wasn’t a moment that either Sam or Mike wanted to rush off to their ceremony. They were perfectly content, in fact they were even ready for more photos when we arrived at Mile High Station!
The whole day went off without a hitch. Maybe it’s because all the starts were aligned perfectly, maybe it’s because the ladies with A Touch Of Bliss were just absolutely on top of every detail. I am so honored that I was able to be a part of this beautiful day, and so excited to see where the future takes this amazing couple!
A special thank you to all of their amazing vendors!
