Never have I seen a wedding so intentional towards the guests and people they love. Alex and Aria got married on a beautiful day in Vail, Colorado. After months of planning, turned into years of planning, they finally got to celebrate the way they wanted. The way they wanted was with all the people they loved. But it went beyond that. They were honoring each part of their life. Not in subtle ways, but in big loving boisterous ways that made my heart soar. It spoke so much to who Aria and Alex are. I heard countless people praise their selfless love, their genuine hearts, their giving natures. But when you see a couple serving all the people they love on the day that is supposed to be about them, it floors you.
Alex and Aria thanked their bridesmaids and groomsmen and parents and guests with beautiful gifts. But throughout the day they also thanked them with personalize speeches about them. During the ceremony they each spoke a version of a love letter to their parents. At the reception they introduced their wedding party with speeches of thoughtful words about each and every one of them and how they impacted their lives. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever heard.
Above that the officiant was able to share what they each had said about each other. It matched everything that you would expect out of such loving, intentional, and giving humans. It is incredibly special when you meet someone like them in this world. To meet one is a wonderous thing, to meet two humans like this is almost unbelievable. The fact that the two of them found each other and got married is beyond words. We are all better with them together and I am so thankful I got to see them get married!
Cheers Mr. & Mrs. Bagheri!
