Jayme and Kaleb are some of my favorites. They exhibit everything you want in love. They are bright and vibrant, gentle and sweet, and fiercely dedicated to each other. They light up when they see each other and look for each other across the room. I was SO happy to see these two get married.
The day started out perfectly, a few clouds dotted the crisp blue sky. When I arrived with the girls they were so relaxed. They were just chatting and giggling and ready to get the day moving. It was fun to be able to be at Rocky Mountain Hair Studio with them and be a part of the first stages of beautification process.
As soon as we arrived at The Cable Center, the party got real. Everyone was buzzing around getting their dresses on and last minute touches. The boys arrived in epic fashion, blasting their music and laughing wholeheartedly. I knew it was going to be a great day! As soon as we got the dress on time seemed to stand still. We all marveled at how beautiful Jayme was in her unique two piece dress from A & Be. Kaleb was going to flip!
We were right, as we waited in the courtyard for Jayme to walk up behind Kaleb he was SO excited he couldn’t stand still. The energy was just bursting from him. The moment he saw her he picked her up and hugged her so tight. They spent a few minutes marveling at each other and how good the other looked and then the world melted away. The wedding party came out and celebrated with them with teases and laughs and good old fashioned hugs.
The ceremony was situated on the stairs above the guests in the 3 story high atrium at The Cable Center. It was decorated beautifully with greenery and pink peonies by The Orchid Princess and Revel and Bloom. It was so fun to be able to see them clearly above the crowd with all the smiling faces below. Kaleb mentioned to me later that it was so hard to not look down at his friends and family, but at the same time it was easy to not take his eyes off of Jayme.
As you can guess, they got married with loud cheering and the party followed. It was met with many heartfelt speeches thanking the parents and siblings for being such great role models and friends and praising Jayme and Kaleb’s personalities and relationship. Kaleb did a special speech for his mom in replacement of their mother son dance and the whole room was at a stand still as he went on and on about how wonderful she is. This is a good family, started in love and made bigger through love and marriage. I was so glad to be a part of such a great event and beginning of an even better marriage.
Congrats Jayme and Kaleb, you did it!
