I love finding new locations and hanging out with new friends. I met Karen and Patrick at the Golden City Brewery for a beer before their engagement shoot and I definitely want to make it back there soon. They have a great big outdoor patio and when we were there a bluegrass band was playing. What a fun way to start our adventure! We walked around historic Golden and found some great walls and barns for pictures. I wouldn’t have normally thought to add feeding the chickens to the shot list, but Karen got SO excited about it and I am glad that she did because it made for really fun photos. We finished up the night watching the sunset over the Rockies at Lookout Mountain. Pretty darn good date night I think!
