I love Alexandra and Baran’s love. There is something about it that when you are with them you feel different. You can feel the joy that they bring with them. It is like you are a little bit happier, and you can’t pinpoint why. It is subtile feeling but there is a difference for sure.
Their wedding day, the subtlety wore off and it was extremely obvious the immense love that surrounded them like a cloud. It could not have been a more perfect day. I kept looking at the clouds, feeling like the rain would hold off. As we drove through heavy pours about 5 miles from Creekside, my thoughts were confirmed. If it was going to rain, it was going to get it out of the way and be perfect for their wedding. They say that rain is good luck on your wedding day. The reason being is that wet rope sticks together much stronger so when “tying the knot” it is almost impossible to seperate. I love this. But I am also thankful that the rain passed us by and brought us a beautiful day.
Everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony was beautiful and performed by Baran’s dear friend. The food was amazing, the couple looked beuatiful, the wedding party was having a great time. The best part, however, was the reception. When Baran and Alex got to spend quality time with their favorite people. They did, too. We often say a wedding goes fast and you fly from one thing to another, but I saw them having meaningful interactions, deep hugs, belly laughs and good dancing. I am so happy I got to experience such incredible love.
Congrats Alex and Baran!
